There are two statuses within BedPosts - free member and club class. Those who enjoy club class have access to all features whilst free members cannot access some benefits on the left navigation panel without upgrading at a cost of £50 per annum.

In addition to free use of the community software - forums, blogs, photo gallery etc - and supplier discounts, free members are entitled these marketing features after login:

• advertisement on a town page of www.bedposts.org.uk including photo, text and contact information
• adjoining brochure page showing facilities, map, extra photos and extra text
• use thereon, if required, of free THOR Basic availability system or paid-for THOR Pro booking system as per this website: www.thor.org.uk
• entitlement to use BedPosts member badge (display on own website is required to set advert live)
• book direct and save scheme, coming soon
• home swaps and business sitters databases, coming soon

If you have upgraded to BedPosts Business Club you are entitled to use the preceding features plus the following:

• participation in BedPosts customers' reviews scheme.
• feed of customers' reviews onto your own website.
• entitlement to use BedPosts club class badge if preferred to member badge.
• discounted tickets to annual conference/training convention
• Featured accommodation and photo competition for special marketing exposure.

Club class members get positional advantages on the various BedPosts marketing schemes.

Moreover, there are additional club class benefits as follows but which are described on other pages:

• One-to-one support
• Special dedicated forum topics for updating Club members.
• Access to "let off steam" blog to the outside world.

• Upgrade from free-to-join member to Club Class (through login if not logged in now) or
• Join as a free member (you are an independent accommodation provider - not part of a chain)
